12 March 2011 - 12KM Run Preparation

ok, to keep myself determined, and have a little bit of motivation, I shall list the things to do. not do everything per day of course, or else I would be lying in hospital instead.

1) 3 to 6km jogging + breeze walk
2) 300 Push ups within a day
3) 3 Super sets Dumbbell Arms unlimited reps

all in all, if I'm going to stay put at my house, I will not tell myself to run so...thats the worst thing. is it a good idea to run in the middle of the night though? hmmm...
