18 June 2010 - Without the Heart to Learn
why would people work when they don't have the heart to learn? it is forgivable if they are slow, as long as they are willing to learn from their mistakes. but it is absurd when it comes to making the same mistakes over and over again.
this isn't like studying, whereby people are forced to study even if they don't out their heart into it. basically study for the sake of studying. but when it comes to work, you get to choose which profession you want to be. however, with such attitude, how far would one go if they just daze all day long and not trying to learn when they have the time.
Brochures are already hanged outside so big that no one would miss it, cost book are always there for reference, but I don't understand why refer also will refer wrongly. I don't think numbers are that hard to understand. accessories that are brought back to us are not for free. it is not meant to throw at customers without cost deducted from the earnings made.
worse still, I thought one of the notebooks stolen by people in the showroom. why? because the wrong serial number was given to me. I panicked the whole fucking day until I went to search high and low for it, play the CCTV that were placed in the showroom to recap where I had exactly put it. I know I'm meticulous enough not to misplace any expensive stuff like that. Indeed, I did place it in the cupboard with the proof of the CCTV. after all the mess, I realised it was because of the mismatch of serial numbers that was given to me. Fuck my life seriously.
after so many times of repeating all these and that, its damn infuriating to see that wrong information are always given to customers because things that you don't know, you don't even bother to ask anyone of us.
I'm not trying to say I'm damn smart and that I would pin people down, but at least I must say I had the heart to learn when I was newborn, and that the rest of the people did taught me well. even until now, I'm still learning as much as I can just to adapt myself more. I made grave mistakes too, but I learnt them after what they told me where I've gone wrong.
but you, the one without the heart to learn, have repeated the same mistakes time and again. do you really learn the things you've done wrong?
