05 July 2010 - The Iron Rule
I'm leading a no-life lifestyle right now. its all about work. I get kinda pissed with the fact that sometimes I do things that are not up to my own expectations.
I stress myself a lot, hoping to do as much as I can. but there are times I really make big mistakes and I did not realize until people tell me. own flaws are hard to discover of course...but now that I know where I've done wrong, changes need to be done.
I mustn't rush into things, and just do things my own way in terms of serving customers. so long I do my part without grave mistakes, things should be fine.
but I've got big ego, so there are times I rather abandon small sales than to pick them up. I rather tell customers to get lost than to lower my pride and tell them things nicely when they are so rude and fucked up.
Good Customers, Good Service. This is the Iron Rule I learn from the upper ups and I apply them.
so if the customer is very nice and sincere, I'm willing to do my best to fulfill their requirements.
and I guess, as a salesperson, whatever price I quote is up to my liking. I don't really need to be concerned about what others think of me do I? I believe each and everyone has their own style of doing sales.
